Although people know Internet Piracy or illegal music downloading is wrong, why do people do it anyway?

Why don't people think it's wrong? By societal standards, yes it looks immoral and people know its wrong, but why don't people make the connection or accept that it is wrong and do it anyway without regret or hesitation? Why can't the music industry convince them to stop?
