I already updated the sims 3 but can't open it! help?

i already updated the sims 3. i checked local disk(c:)/program files/electronic arts/the sims 3/game/bin and i found sims3launcherW and a new crack(maybe) TS3W. then i click the TS3W but i got an important message and i can't play the sims 3 anymore. what i have to do? please help! my CD is piracy.
