Hi does the US Navy have a combatant unit that deals with piracy,navy drug smugglers, & Al Quida navy?

Hi I've already heard about SEALs & Dev Group. Besides them, is their a other unit that deals with navy smugglers,piracy, & Al Quida navy? Thanks!
