Does anyone know how to edit the host file of DU Meter or where does it exist?

The host file for windows is located at.. "C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc" Its the file called hosts.. the only edit I have ever done with this file is to redirect itunes when doing a restore to a non current firmware
