I have a question about piracy?

Why would you download something you didn't want, that is a poor point. Even if you just wasted your time downloading products you didn't want, millions of people are downloading stuff they do want. Downloading isn't a crime as such. The crime comes with downloading sites. Whilst you are downloading stuff, you are uploading at the same time to someone else, and that is where you break the copyright law. You then become a supplier and if it went to court, you would pay the consequences of uploading stuff you had downloaded, but didn't want.
