Is the i5 U520 @ 1.07 GHz REALLY 1.07 GHz?

At least 3ghz means a 3ghz Pentium 4 or equivalent. Clock speed is a really crappy way of comparing different types of CPUs, so don't rely on that. Also, that i5 has turboboost up to 1.86ghz that kicks in whenever necessary and possible, so it's not as slow as you might think.
