Is it piracy if you're downloading something you already own?

In my particular case, I want to use my new laptop to run the Dolphin emulator, which emulates GameCube and Wii at HD resolutions (I can't wait until 2012 for WiiU, I need my old games in HD NOW- GoldenEye's 480p aliasing is painful to look at :P). The problem is, only like five or so disc drive models exist that can "rawdump" Wii game ISO files, and I can't find any of them anywhere (nor do I want to pay an extra $30 to replay games I already own). This means that, unless I torrent the ISO files (in this case, ONLY for games I actually own), I have no options for using this emulator, which I really wanted to do. Would it be considered piracy (illegal) if I used BitTorrent to download the ISO files for the Wii/GameCube games I own in order to play them on the emulator?
