Pirated game bought on Ebay?

So the other day I won an auction for a video game on ebay. I became aware today, however, about the problem of pirated games being sold on ebay. I looked at the sellers feedback (it is 98.8% positive so initially i didn't worry), and saw that all of his negatives (10 or so) had come from selling bootleg copies of the same game that I bought. He is in Hong Kong. I think it is safe to say that he sold me a bootlegged game. So... now I need to know what my options are. On the info under the item he lists it as the "full english language edition". would this count as misrepresentation of the item? If I contact ebay or the nintendo anti piracy guys could they have him shut down? i don't mess around, and if he sold me a fake game, i fully intend to ruin his little "shop".
