Should the USA carry out surgical strikes against the Chinese pirates to defend its core interests?
Since China has been unable and unwilling to reign in the pirates, counterfeiters, squatters and hackers operating from the Chinese soil against the US economic interests, should the USA and other victims of Chinese piracy launch surgical strikes?
